Taylorsville-Spencer County                                        Board of Adjustment

The Taylorsville-Spencer County Joint Planning & Zoning Commission, Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on the 8^th day of February 2024 at 4:00 p.m. prevailing time, in the Fiscal Court Meeting Hall located at 28 East Main Street, Taylorsville, Kentucky.  The Board of Adjustment at that time will hear the following application:

1. Hermila Chavez requesting a variance on a storage building that has been constructed on the property line at 6023 Mill Rd.

2.      General Discussion:

              Taylorsville Investment Group, LLC pertaining to paving delays at the storage                         units on Turnpike Avenue. 

If you wish to speak at the hearing please stop by the office and fill out a speaker’s record form prior to the hearing so you will be called upon. Forms will be available at the door.
